If you are experiencing a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) or other medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not call our office first.
Prescription Refills
Prescription refill requests should be submitted through your pharmacy. Your pharmacy can send a refill request electronically to our office. Please allow 2–3 business days for refill processing.
Refills are generally provided only for established patients who have been seen in our office within the past 12 months. If you are due for a follow-up visit, please schedule an appointment before requesting a refill.
